Placement Rate Calculations Explanation

In order to calculate the placement rate in each program, the total completers employed in positions related to the field of instruction was divided by the difference of total completers and non-graduate completers employed in positions related to the field of instruction. All students who fell within the following categories were taken into account for the outcome of this calculation with no exclusions:

Total completers employed, graduate completers employed in positions unrelated to field of instruction, graduate completers waiting to take licensure exam plus graduate completers who are awaiting results, graduate completers unavailable for employment, graduate completers who refused employment, graduate completers seeking employment/status unknown.

Placement rates for each program can be found within the Gainful Employment Disclosures by clicking any of the program links listed above. More recent placement rates can be found at the bottom of each program page in our program catalog.
