Admission Requirements:

18 years or older

High School Graduate/High School Equivalency 

Skills learned in the Phlebotomy Technician Program:

– Identifying and preparing patients, assessing risk factors, and responding to complications

– Performing venipuncture using butterfly, syringe, and evacuated tube system (ETS) methods

– Handling specimens properly, including collection, transport, processing, and storage

– Communicating professionally and providing compassionate, empathetic patient care

Included in Phlebotomy Technician Program:

– National Exam

– Hands-on Training

– CPR Certification

– 40 Hour Externship

Potential Salary: $38,000 – $53,000
